Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's our cancellation policy:

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven't been dispatched yet. Reach out via our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number.

After Dispatch

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You may instead raise a return once the item is delivered, per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Custom/Personalized Orders

Since these are made specifically for you, cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
